Peningkatan Kapabilitas Inovasi, Keunggulan Bersaing Dan Kinerja Melalui Pendekatan Quadruple Helix: Studi Pada Industri Kreatif Sektor Fashion

. Creative industries significantly contribute to economic development; however the development of creative industries stills many problems, especially human resources, so it has an impact on the weaknesses of competitive advantage and performance. This study aims to examine the effect of quadruple helix to enhance the creativity and innovation capability, and impact to competitive advantage and performance on sectors of fashion in Central Java. Sampling methods used was purposive sampling and data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results that quadruple helix (intellectual, government, business, civil society) are significantly effect on the creativity. Intellectuals and business significantly effect on innovation capability, but the government and civil society do not significantly effect on innovation capability. Creativity has a significant effect on the innovation capability. Creativity and innovation capability are significantly effect on the competitive advantage and performance
