: The Activation of Sharia Pawn and Its Implication to Public Productivity in Banten Province. The Uncertain economic conditions, as a result of the slowing economic growth and inflation, has opened opportunities for pawn services as one of the alternative means in seeking funding. With the existence of pawn services, people may get funding easily. In Banten, the sharia pawn services has been done by Islamic Banks, Financing Units of Shariah Banks, and Sharia Finances. This sharia pawn activities, in fact, are intended to encourage public productivity in the form of: the growth of Islamic economic activity, the improvement of public life quality, the decreasing of poverty rates, and the public prevention against the system of interest. This study found that with the increase of Islamic finance institutions the the school enrollment rates also increase as the numbers of poor people decrease
