This research is aimed to examine the effect of work motivation to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as intervening variable at PT.ABC Malang. Motivation theory used Herzberg's theory, which is hygiene factor and motivator factor. Research method used explanatory research method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed to 70 employees who have become permanent employees at PT.ABC Malang. Data analysis of this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis processed by IBM SPSS Statistic v.21.
