Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening

This research is aimed to examine the effect of work motivation to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as intervening variable at PT.ABC Malang. Motivation theory used Herzberg's theory, which is hygiene factor and motivator factor. Research method used explanatory research method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed to 70 employees who have become permanent employees at PT.ABC Malang. Data analysis of this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis processed by IBM SPSS Statistic v.21. This research showed that work motivation affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction. If work motivation of employees is high, job satisfaction will be high, and high job satisfaction will increase organizational commitment
