Kajian Sebaran Dan Potensi Minimarket Berbasis Sig ( Studi Kasus : Kota Semarang )

Nowadays, the growth of minimarket is going to uncontrolled. There are many new outlet stores build every year. Many regency governments tend to ease construction license which are at present scattered until rustic villages. Even though, Semarang city has owned local regulation that control about modern market, nevertheless, it still needs people\u27s good control for the implementation. The supervision is used to support the regulation that did by Semarang\u27s City Government.This research is use coordinate data that collected from field survey by using handheld GPS. Next step is draw minimarket spread map applied by GIS software. Whereas, the method that used in this research is buffer and clip.The Final research task\u27s result is a minimarket\u27s spread map that appropriate with local regulation of Semarang city, in which hopefully could accommodate Semarang\u27s government to control the growth of the minimarket. Moreover, it could be a consideration to Semarang\u27s government to provide the license for builds new minimarket
