Pengaruh Senam Kegel Terhadap Frekuensi Inkontinensia Urine Pada Lanjut Usia Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tumpaan Minahasa Selatan

Abstrack : The process of aging is a biological process that is unavoidable and will be experienced by everyone. The aging process will cause health problems. Problems that are often found in the elderly is Urinary Incontinence. Urinary Incontinence is involuntary urination, or leakage of urine that is very real and pose a social or hygienic problem. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of Kegel Exercises on the frequency of Urinary Incontinence in the elderly in Puskesmas Tumpaan, South Minahasa. The study design used is pre-experimental, using the design of one group pretest posttest. Population and samples used in this study were 30 elderly who have urinary incontinence.
