Mengukur Empowerment, Self Efficacy dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Bandar Lampung

This study emphasizes the motivational approach to demonstrate the effects of communication within the organization affects the work of empowerment without considering the presence of the delegation of authority. This approach was chosen for this study to test the effect of empowerment at the individual level that have the same rights in the work, so it is assumed that the same level of delegation of power to each individual. Hypothesis VI proved that the Empowerment does not affect the performance. Hypothesis VII Self Efficacy proven that affect the performance. Hypothesis VIII, it affects the performance of organizational culture. Hypothesis IX proved that job satisfaction affects the performance. Hypothesis X turns Job Satisfaction Empowerment can not mediate the effect on performance
