The objectives of this research were to give information about the characteristic of thermal conductivity (k), thermal diffusivity (a), and specific heat (Cp) of soybean grain due to the influence of moisture content and bulk density. This research was conducted in laboratory and was carried out at various moisture contents of 11 to 20 percent wet basis and bulk density from 850 to 900 kg/m³. The instrument used was PVC cylinder with 10 cm diameter and 25 cm length. At the central point along the cylinder was stretched a neckline heating wire as a line heat source supplied by a direct current (DC) electric.
