Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan CV. Sejahtera, Pakisaji, Malang)

The direction of this research to explain influence of compentation to employees labour spirit at CV. Sejahtera Pakisaji Malang. Compentation part of two kinds, there are financial and non financial compentation. Financial compentation consist of direct and indirect compentation. Population in this research is all employees CV. Sejahtera Pakisaji Malang, threre are 100 respondences with total sample are 50 respondences. Data analysis which used is descriptive and inferential statistic analysis. Inferential statistic analisys consist of doubled linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. Based on the result of this research that according together between two variables, direct and inderect compentation has influence to employees labour spirit. From the second that variables, indirect compentation variable has dominance to employees labour spirit
