Pengaruh Struktur Modal Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2011-2014)

This research aimed to determine the influence of capital structure and profitability on firm value in simultaneously or partially. Capital structure variable in this research are Debt to Total Capitalization (DTC) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability variable in this research are Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) and variable of firm value is Tobin\u27s Q. The type of this research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research is the food and beverage company. There are 15 companies that listed as the food and beverage company but only 13 companies that taken as the sample of this research according to the purposive sampling criteria. The result of this research shows that Debt to Total Capitalization (DTC), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) simultaneously influence significant to the Tobin\u27s Q, partially Debt to Total Capitalization (DTC) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) not significantly influence on Tobin\u27s Q while Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) significantly influence on Tobin\u27s Q
