The commitment of the government of Ngawi District to deal with nutrient problem in Ngawi District in 2013 through Program Gerakan Tuntas Gizi Buruk or abbreviated as Restu Ibu be based on The Regulation of Ngawi Regent No. 8 of 2013 about The General Manual of Treatment against Nutrient Deficiency. The government of Ngawi District maximizes the implementation of the program malnutrition (Restu Ibu) to deal with nutrient deficiency by constructing the installation of child-based nutrient improvement at RSUD dr. Soeroto Ngawi in cooperation with Satuan Perangkat Kerja Daerah (SKPD). Research method is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. The analysis model is Miles and Huberman\u27s qualitative study. Result of research indicates that the implementation of the program malnutrition (Restu Ibu) consists of the treatment over toddlers with nutrient deficiency and underweight cases and the improvement of nutrient status of toodlers based on General Allocation Fund (DAU) from District Budget in 2013.
