: The Implementation of Visiting Teachers Model in Remote Areas. This research project describes the planning, socialization, implementation of visiting teachers model. This multi-site research was carried out within the contexts of 3 primary schools in the Regency of Murung Raya. Participant ob­servations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis (documentation) were used to collect the data. The subjects as sources of the data include teachers, students, administrators, authority (in societal conven­tions), school principals, school superintendents, tutors, and skilled workers. The results show that the planning of the primary schools has been appropriate with the conditions: remote, dispersed, and isolated. The implementation has been supported by various stakeholders
