A woman, aged 58 years, came with complaints of perceived body felt weak ± 3 days before the patient came to the clinic. Body felt weak although the patient was eating regularly. Complaints also accompanied by patterns of urination is more frequent at night and thirst more than usual. Patients already affected by diabetes since 2011 and has been on treatment in the clinic but not regularly. Blood sugar levels can not be controlled properly. Patient still can not properly regulate her diets and regular exercises. In patient family doesn't have diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or stroke. Conclusion.
