Background: Lung cancer is currently increasing in number and become one of the world's health problems, including in Indonesia. Pathogenesis of cancer is influenced by the immune system and inflammation. Karnofsky score of measurement results is closely related to quality of life and physical functional status of patients. Early detection of clinical signs and symptoms of lung cancer is helping to further therapy, and can help reduce patient mortality.Aim: This study aims to provide an overview of the clinical picture, levels of leukocytes, and Karnofsky score in patients with lung cancer.Methods: This research was based on observational study with cross-sectional approach.Results and conclusions: In patients with lung cancer, found most of the clinical features of shortness of breath and coughing.
