: The performance of nurses at the inpatient room in General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon can be seen from the quality of nursing care. The performance of nurses in implementing nursing care is a quality indicator at a hospital. This study aimed to determine the relationship between motivation, competence, supervision and appreciation to the performance of nurses in implementing nursing care at the General Hospital Bethesda GMIM Tomohon.
