Creative employees are important in order to fulfill the increasingly demanding of work environment. The managers need to empower employees so they could have confidence in perform the work creatively. By empower from managers the employees will have psychological empowerment from themselves. Psychological empowerment can increase employee motivation in the work and produce creative results for the company.
