[[abstract]]The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of the prevent-falling wisdom medical module in patients with stroke by reducing the risk of home falling. According to the results of the literature, we have developed a Prevent-falling- wisdom- medical- module(PFWMM): 1.
