[[abstract]]In the past, we used to mention about the knowledge economy and how it runs or effects on a company, but it probably has been way behind these days. We all now live in a new age, thus we might take more concerning about how to USE or manage knowledge more than just knowing them. In this research, we take one steel company called Hwua-Yii of the architecture industries as a main study object.
