[[abstract]]Inorganic self-cleaning films have better mechanical properties, such as hardness, abrasion resistance, etc., than organic self-cleaning films, and are less likely to result in decreased hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties due to increased use of time. Besdies, the organic film contains a large number of functional groups, and easy to achieve superhydrophilic/superhydrophobic effect, therefore this study by the room temperature directly sprayed on the UV/Quality glass substrate by ultrasonic spray coating method to organic-inorganic film as a material, to prepare self-cleaning coating, so that self-cleaning coating can have better mechanical properties and physical properties to increase the scope of application.
