The Effect of Participation Motivation to Volunteer Satisfaction

[[abstract]]This research focused on the small volunteers of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Art "The Magic of Nature", and tried to find out their participate motives and satisfaction of voluntary service. In order to understand the implementation status of the small volunteers in the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Art, and to research the Participate in motives of children in small volunteers and voluntary service satisfaction, and to understand the effect of Participate in motives to volunteer satisfaction This research used the questionnaire survey procedure to collect the total effective samples are 27 copies. By using statistical analysis such as Descriptive Statistics and Regression Analysis to analysis data , the research findings are as follows: 1. The study of the small volunteers mainly to primary school students, mostly female students, art class students accounted for Jiucheng, volunteer experience and no volunteer experience accounted for fifty percent. 2. The participation motivation of small volunteers are "Altruistic Motivation ", followed by "Egoistic Motivation" and "Personal Growth Motivation". 3. "Social Relationship Motivation" satisfaction for small volunteers’ service satisfaction in the highest. 4. "Egoistic Motivation" has a significant impact on voluntary service satisfactio
