A Study of Tourism Attraction, Satisfaction,and Revisiting Intention -Taking Haumei Village in Budai Township as an Example

[[abstract]]Over the past decades in Taiwan, the living standard raised, national income increased, education commonly spread and internet made the information exchange rapidly, which have caused people to change their attitude towards life. People started focusing on recreation and leisure, paying close attention to health, and became more willing to travel around the island to release their pressure from daily life and work, especially under the stimulus of two-days-off-per-week policy implementation and transport convenience. This study is to look into Haumei village located in Budai township for its tourism attraction, satisfaction and intention to revisit. The questionnaire survey was issued to the tourists randomly at the fixed spot in the village for a month, lasting from prior to Tomb Sweeping day to days after the holiday (end of March till end of April in 2017). Total 332 questionnaires were issued and all collected, overall response rate is 100%. There are 300 effective questionnaires with 90% effective response rate after removing invalid questionnaires. The results from this study shows that there is an obviously positive relation between tourism attraction and satisfaction; in addition, the relation between tourism attraction and intention to revisit as well as tourism satisfaction and intention to revisit is both positive. This study suggests that visitors are not only experiencing local landscapes, cultural atmosphere, ecology, but also the freshness of freshness. Therefore, in addition to academic contributions, this study also gives practitioners practical advice
