In this thesis, we make financial analysis for company Ctrip. Firstly,financial analysis is a tool, which is used to evaluate the performance and financial condition of a company, an industry and even whole economy, moreover, it is also used to predict the future performance and condition. Then, we introduce company Ctrip, which was founded in 1999, is headquartered in Shanghai, China. Ctrip provides over 90 million registered members with comprehensive services including hotel reservations, flight ticketing, package tours, corporate travel management, train ticket and dining reservations.
