The results of analysis of microwave oscillator modulation characteristics, which are modulated through the power supply chain of the active element, are presented. Expressions and plotted graphs of modulation rate frequency response depending on the change of microwave generator amplitude, frequency, and auto-detection signal, are derived. Their behavior peculiarities depending on the modulation frequency are introduced on the basis of the results of numerical calculations of the characteristics. © 2012 CriMiCo
