The results of experimental research of microwave oscillators' dynamic autodyne and modulation characteristics are presented. This research was held to verify the conclusions of the theoretical analysis of these characteristics by way of the example of a hybrid-integrated oscillator module Tigel-08 based on an 8-mm range two-mesa Gunn diode. © 2012 CriMiCo
