Those Poverty bugging society because not all the Beggars have good behavior. For examples there is a beggard who got rejected they’ got angry. The Government only needs action and Law Enforcer to reduce poverty especially in Yogyakarta. And we can conclude that this teory is not yet effective because there are so many baggers in Yogyakarta
