Peran Bapas Dalam Pelaksanaan Diversi Terhadap Proses Peradilan Pidana Anak Di Wilayah Kalimantan Tengah (Studi Kasus No 8/Pid.Sus-Anak/2016/Pn Plk

The implementation of criminal justice systems the child does not solely aim is to destroy criminal sanctions for the son of an offender the commission of a crime, But more focused on account of the players crimes, For the sake of the welfare of children who face the law, without reducing attention of community interests. The law of number 11 years of 2012 of the criminal justice children stressed that public prosecutor children must seek diversi.Based on the data pre research obtained in Kalimantan Tengah show indicates there are still many children who have not received assistance legal protection of bapas and have not be done diversi. This is an issue is interesting to researched by researchers to assess bapas role in the diversi to the criminal justice children in Kalimantan tengah (case study of number. 8/Pid.Sus-Child/2016/PN Plk).This research is research law normative, namely research that focuses on the norms positive law.
