The differential and total cross sections for elastic scattering o f positrons by helium atoms are computed in the energy range 100 to 1000 eV. In the present study Umteriscd eikonal—Born series (UEBS) method is used. The comparison of present results with the other theoretical and experimental results shows that the present results are i.. better agreement with the experimental value
