Services are increasingly becoming global business. Knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS) sector is among the most international service sectors. This work was assigned by a company operating in the management consulting industry that offers business design services and aims at internationalization. The aim was to analyze the potential of the Italian market for business design services. The literature review focused on the internationalization of KIBS companies and on analyzing foreign markets.
