The purpose of the thesis was to develop the social media marketing to find the poten- tial customers for the Alma Manu which is situated in Pori region. Though the case company is much experienced in the field of its delivery business, but it lacking behind in the field of marketing through social media. The objectives of the thesis were to know the behavior, perception and expectation of the customers of Alma Manu and give the effective suggestion based on it. The first part of the thesis covers the research process for the thesis followed by the method of research used in it.
