Does restructuring and the sale of social housing help? Does increasing the amount of green space and building playgrounds in the neighbourhood contribute to a liveable and safe residential environment? And how are neighbourhood residents faring? Does designation as a priority neighbourhood offer sufficient opportunities for people to improve their social and economic status?
