In this thesis, we have studied the role of leukocytes and platelets as methods to measure platelets aggregation, in the clinical management of presenting with acute coronary syndromes. We have tried to incidence and to identify predictors of adverse cardiac events with function tests or inflammatory markers. This will aid in the future ide of patient-specific therapeutic targets in patients with acute syndromes
