Online education programs have been growing rapidly. While it is somehow difficult to specifically quantify quality, many recommendations have been suggested to specify and demonstrate quality of online education touching on common areas of program enhancement and administration. To design a model for quality system of e-learning we need to identify the measurable indicators that are required to form a model. Therefore, in this study we review the literature and make comparisons between existing recommendations and practices to assist institutions that offer online education.
