Objective: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 11b (TNFRSF11B) has been suggested to be a risk factor for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases because of the observation of osteoporosis and vascular diseases together in human, and the high levels of serum TNFRSF11B in these patients in clinical trials.
