Background and Aim: Maternal- fetal attachment (MFA) plays an important role in the health of pregnant women and their unborn babies. The purpose of the present study was to compare MFA in pregnant women regarding specific factors influencing maternal– fetal attachment. Materials and Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted on 241 pregnant women in 2012. The necessary data was collected using “personal demographics”, “social support”, and “maternal fetal attachment” scales. Spearman correlation coefficient, t-test for independent groups, ANOVA, and Tukey test were applied for data analyses.
