The paper presents conclusions from review of empirical researches within the theory of endogenic growth. They concern correlation between synthetic measures of economic growth, human capital and social inequality. Basing on critical analysis of the results a new research procedure of the correlation was proposed. It is based on disaggregation of inequality into groups of the frustrating and the activating ones. Basing on the own research results that used the new procedure there was indicated the necessity to search for the measures of inequalities that strengthen economic growth and economic effectiveness as well as the inequalities that decrease economic growth.
