Abordarea managerială în studiul administrației publice (II)

<p>Current paper analyzes in the first part the causes of the decreased interest towards scientific management, accepting although its virtues as starting point for a managerial approach in public administration. This paper also points out that the bureaucratic model that has been presented previously does not match with the process of organizing public administration where a change in managerial terms is absolutely necessary.
