TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution - tehnika preferiranja sličnosti do idealnog rješenja) i AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process - analitički hijerarhijski proces) su metode za višekriterijsko odlučivanje koje se posljednjih godina često susreću u istraživanjima. Cilj ovog istraživanja je vrednovati učinak srednjeg poduzeća za proizvodnju odjeće pri čemu se razmatraju pokazatelji koji utječu na učinkovitost. U skladu s tim ciljem kombiniraju se AHP i TOPSIS metode. Ocjena kriterija se definira pomoću AHP (usporedbe u paru), a rangiranje alternativa prema ocijenjenim kriterijima se određuje TOPSIS metodom.
