This work aims to make a characterization of poverty in the State of Bahia. To this end, it was made the use of spatial analysis tools, understanding that they are very important instruments to aid analysis in several areas of study. Thus, it was possible to measure the most diverse geographic scenarios faster and efficiency. This enables also greater agility in decision making, both businesses and governments in the implementation of intervention policies.
