The present investigation describes the intervention made in an organization in S.Spiritus territory by means of taking into account the identification and priority of the main problems that affected the development of managers. The incidence on communicative competences as the main difficulty to be solved is based on the development of a Psycho- social training, where it is combined the use of diagnostic and formative methods, as well as techniques that lead to the acquisition of abilities and the behavior modification, all of them supported by the different working session recordings and helped by the assessment of the participants to show and make conscious the behaviors tendencies.
