In this study, elementary school teachers’ mostly used measurement and evaluation methods or instruments was determined by pair-wise comparison method. The research included 202 elementary school teachers from 10 different schools in Ankara at 2011-2012 academic year. 8 technics and instruments which used in the pairwise comparison scaling instrument selected from teachers book.
