When we take a look at the manpower today, we observe three different generations at the same time in a workplace. Many employees take part in the organizational system together with the colleagues, the same age with either their parents or children. It is not surprising to find out that the attitudes of those generations with different backgrounds, experiences, expectations and values may be different as well.
