In this review, we evaluated the correct diagnosis of orbital tumors based on current diagnostic methods and current management approaches. Treatment of orbital tumors should be managed by cooperation of ocular oncologists with radiodiagnostics, pathology, radiation oncology, pediatric oncology, and medical oncology specialists. With correct diagnostic and management techniques, orbital tumors may be treated by providing good quality of life for the patients. (Turk J Ophthalmol 2014; 44: Supplement 1-7
