The conditions of hollows formation in the waterproof layer during the process of quaternary deposits formation on the territory of Ukraine were being considered. It was shown that even the hollow is the center of landslides due to discharge them through groundwater flow from the plateau. Presented research aimed at studying the stability of slopes, are held within a comprehensive program of anti measures for 2005-2014, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from September 22, 2004 №1256, ind. 33.
