<p><strong>Aim</strong> – assessment of the influence of inhaled nitric oxide (NO) on the course of pulmonary hypertension (PH) in patients with chronic heart<br />failure (CHF) III–IV functional class (FC), myocardial infarction (MI).</p><p><br /><strong>Materials and methods</strong>. Results of comparative non-randomized study that included 45 patients (26 men and 19 women aged 51 to 98 years) with PH III–IV functional class, left ventricular myocardial infarction.
