The paper contains a theoretical analysis of atypical employment. It is demonstrated that there are positive, neutral and negative forms of atypical employment. The difference between them consists in compensation provided to parties of labour relations. It is demonstrated that atypical employment may meet requirements of employees, employers and the state and this is why legal regulation and regulation of practical implementation of atypical employment should be very flexible)
