Abstract:This paper aims to be a fresh view to employerbranding, which is a new concept in the business, marketingand HR worlds and in Turkey. This study aims to make a briefcomparison between the viewpoints of Turkish professionalsand university students to the dimensions of attractiveness inemployer branding.
