The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not inter-organizational citizenship behaviours differ in terms of organizational culture types. A study was conducted to achieve this goal with 224 organizations in Kayseri. As a consequence of research results, it was ascertained that, in terms of organizational culture types, there is a significant difference among the organizational citizenship behaviours of the firms. Therefore, a culture type, in which inter-organizational citizenship behaviours are predominantly seen, is clan culture.
