<p><strong>Purpose</strong>: to examine results of a new method of iridocyclodialysis and posttraumatic lens damage treatment directed at intraocu- lar pressure normalization and visual recovery.<br /><strong>Methods</strong>: 7 patients with ocular postcontusional hypotension, iridocyclodialysis, traumatic cataract and lens subluxation were ex- amined. Ultrasound biomicroscopy and optical coherence tomography were used to evaluate the status of anterior segment of the eye. <br /><strong>Results</strong>: All patients underwent two-stage surgery.
