Effects of training under variability of practice conditions on the accuracy of penalty throw in handball

<p><em> </em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p align="center"> </p> <p align="center"> </p> <p align="center">Abstract</p> <p align="center"> </p> <p>The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of practice variability in the accuracy of the penalty throw in handball. Fourteen young players from national team (15 ± 0,401 year; 8 ± 1,41 year of experience) took part in the study. Participants preformed two protocols of practice in different condition (variability of practice and specificity of practice). Results showed higher values in increased shoot accuracy after practice in variability condition (23,83 cm. ±3,66) than after specificity of practice condition 29,82 cm. ±7,62), (p<0,5). Evaluating the differences between pre and post test in both conditions, can be estimated lower values in radial error after variability of practice.</p> <p><em>Keywords:</em> Variability of practice, accuracy, throw, handball.
