THREATS OF ECONOMIC SECURITY AND THE MEANS OF THEIR NEUTRALIZATION

The approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “economic security of enterprise” are investigated. The essence of the concept of “threat” are considered, the approaches to the classification of threats for economic security of enterprise are analyzed. The generalized, the most complete version of the classification are proposed. It is set that efficiency of the use of resources of enterprise, level of his reputation and factors of external environment, influences on economic strength security. Hostile takeover as one of the serious threats of economic security are discussed in more detail. An effective system of economic security are defined as the effective means of neutralizing threats
