A longitudinal retrospective descriptive study carried out in the Otorrinolaringology Services of the “Camilo Cienfuegos” General Hospital in Sancti Spiritus from september 2007 to september 2009.The population comprised 130 patients diagnosed with Chronic rhinosinusitis and the sample included 48 who showed Bilateral Poliposis grade III-IV who fulfilled the inclusion criteria.
